I was in the neighborhood one day looking at the consignment store for some clothes. I noticed that there was an ice cream place... open and I thought I would check it out. That?s how I found Philly?s Best Frozen desserts. I walked in and the place was verybright and clean. One of the employees met me and help me through the different menu options. The main option being the waterice. The other options included ice cream and you have different ways that you could order it. I decided to just get theoriginal Philadelphia ice. The service was great and kind. The Philadelphia ice was delicious. There is space outside thatallowed me to eat outdoors and I had a lovely time. Read more

Staff was super friendly and the Italian ice was really good. As someone who has never heard of Italian ice I was really... surprised how great this was and definitely a great place to go for a fun and cool treat. Read more
We ordered a pistachio ice and a mango & coconut ice cream gelati. I felt that the artificial flavor of the pistachio ice was... overwhelming and had too much green coloring. However, the mango/coconut gelati was perfect and flavorful. The prices aresomewhat high for what you get. Read more
