We ordered a Pizza for delivery. The automated phone service for ordering worked well. We were told approximately 30 minutes. ... After an hour and 5 minutes we called back the automated service then switched us to the store's phone. It was NOT answered after 6 repeated call over the next hour. I then drove to the store and was informed by the "manager" they were too busy toanswer their phone. I said it was 2 hours and we still had not received our pizza. I was told we really busy. I replied youshould answer your phone and inform your customers about the problem. I then asked for a refund. I was asked for my "ordernumber". I was NOT given an order number. Read more
How did this place get three stars . I ordered waited 2 hour my order was never delivered off the app. So I call the store and... they want to charge 10$ more than the app charges . Hmm sounds suspicious to me . I even pointed out hey I've waited 2 hours fora pizza they did not deliver and was told that's online it's not thier fault. Horrible service Read more
Young female (manager?) is rude and unprofessional. She made a mistake costing me money and wasting my time and instead of... apologizing tried gaslighting me and blaming me. Straight lying to my face. Never once ever had a problem with anyone else inthat store before. Read more
This location is "okay." They dont believe in extra sauce, period, but are friendly. It's mostly just a grubhub or door dash... "hub" but you can get a decent pizza fairly quickly if you go inside the tiny lobby. Just don't expect greatness. I wish I couldgive a better review but, out of three orders here, something went wrong with every one of them. Read more
