Pizza hut didn't give us our corrected carryout order. I paid for a double order of bread sticks and only received one order. ... I tried to call the pizza hut store a number of times. They never picked up the phone and our receipt did not have a survey codeto send feedback about the service. It was the 7th Street Pizzahut in Louisville, KY 40216. Read more

I tend to order from this Pizza Hut often because, sometimes, it's decent, then other times, you never know what you're going to... get. It's better to order in person and wait because the third party deliveries are the worst! I had placed an order online andgot a notification that a Doordasher will be bringing it, but it was left on my porch in a chair and once he left, he called totell me that it was outside. It looks like my pasta was either dropped or felt to the floor in the car during delivery and noone said anything. We couldn't even eat the pasta. Read more
