I am only writing a review because I feel so bad for the employees. Most of the time I go in to pick up my order they are... understaffed and the restaurant is filthy. In August, there were 2 people working - one of them said several coworkers hadcalled in. I give her and the guy on the grill credit for staying until close and doing their best. My review is not for the store but rather an individual who works at the store. Jordan (hope I spelled correctly) is absolutely... awesome. I love good kind people and customer service skills are so important. She was so helpful and just all around great! Cannot comprehend how filthy this restaurant is… absolutely disgusting. Understaffed extremely, especially when trying to... prepare online orders at the same time as serving in store customers. Huge wait times, I’m not sure how it’s operating.Never entering this location again. Read more
I took my family to this Qdoba location on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at around 2pm. I have never seen a more filthy restaurant.... The kitchen and eating area was appalling. I cannot believe that the Louisville Health Department has not shut this place down.I would like to add that the employees working there were not at fault. There appeared to be only two employees working and theywere doing everything they could to keep up and did so with a positive attitude. This location was clearly understaffed and thisis 100% a management problem. This location was so dirty that I will never consider returning! Read more

Walked into the Qdoba in NE Louisville. The fella at the counter told us we couldn't eat there if we didn't order online. There... were a handful of dine in customers. I asked why he couldn't take our order. He said that his shift was about over and hisreplacement had not shown up yet. You're kidding me, right? Maybe this was a staffing shortage issue but no matter, that'sgarbage customer service. Owner needs to teach his staff some manners and set better expectations.
