Food was bland and tasteless for months back. Queso was watered down. Wrote an email never got a response. The men?s bathroom... was absolutely disgusting we. Worse than a backwoods gas station. This Qdoba has the absolute worst costumer service I have experienced. The first person I encountered was very nice but from... there it went completely downhill , the employees were rude and rolled there eyes at me and the person I was with when we askedfor the things we wanted on our food. The guy doing the toppings area didn?t speak and I had to repeat myself multiple times forhim to put what I wanted on my bowl . Unfortunately it was terrible, really dirty. The floors were gross and sticky, the bathroom was so dirty I turned around and... didn't even go in. The ladies working seemed confused and annoyed when we pointed out the cup she gave us was dirty.. we had totell her we wanted a clean one. Then when we went to sit down every table had other peoples food left behind. There was not oneclean table, so we requested a rag, to clean one ourselves. We got sighs and eye rolls, one of them got a spray bottle and rag,she wiped a table for us but it still wasn't clean (see pic) and went back to serving food. For the 2 of us to get meals chipsand queso and drinks we spent close to $40 on lunch, the food was ok but not great some of the lettuce was pink. If I wasn't ona lunch break with a limited amount of time I would have gone somewhere else. I will unfortunately not be going back, I used tolove Qdoba. Read more
