Hello. Writing a review because corporate couldn?t take a complaint due to someone being out of the office. My issue is with the... customer service i received today from a lady named Flo. I placed a Togo order over the phone asked for two specific items on mylunch break which were a club sandwich and soup. I asked her for the price of the two items and she told me the price, also toldme the soup would be at a up charge. I changed my order due to it being out of my price range for a lunch meal. (I stick to mybudget on my lunch breaks) I get to the location and I immediately grab a to go menu for the future. In LARGE writing I notice alunch duo at a discounted rate. The two items I wanted were on the duo. I asked the lady Flo how come she didn?t suggest thisduo when I asked about it and she responded ?I don?t have time to go over the menu with you, I am very busy? First of all thatis very rude and very dismissive to the customer. It is your job to suggest things if it makes more sense to the customer. Icould even understand if she said ?my apologies I forgot all about that duo? instead she was just rude. So I sat at the bar and had a to go order. My food wasn?t ready after 30 minutes and I was a little irritated, but the manager... noticed without me having to say something and he personally came up to me and said my meal is free and went back and got myfood! 4.5/5. Our first visit ever. First of all our server Chelsea was one of the best ever ! Me and my girl went on a Friday 6pm and... we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the honey butter croissants and nachosappetizers. Both were great! She ordered the Slow Roasted Prime Rib with a Salad and Mashed Potatoes. I ordered the Ribeye withFries and Fruit Bowl. Everything was delicious . Her Prime Rib Steak was seasoned perfectly (could?ve came out hotter) and myRibeye had a perfect grill char to it. The fries may be the best I?ve had in a sit down restaurant. She also ordered a LIT in ajar and enjoyed it. We spent $94 and it was worth every dollar for our date night dinner and we took some home.
