My favorite BBQ joint in Louisville! It's very conveniently located off I-71 and Zorn Ave. I usually order a combination plate... of some sort because I just can't decide. It's been about 6 months since my last visit. The consistency is spot on. If youavoid gluten, even for Celiac, just let the cashier know and you'll be fine. This visit I tried pulled pork, brisket, and arib. The flavors are all different and all very tasty. I've had the tacos and pulled chicken as well. The BBQ Beans are smoothand creamy with bits of smoked meat. The Potato Salad is delicious.
