Huge line but, staff did a great job.
This starbucks is connected to a hotel and I don?t think you?re supposed to access it if you aren?t staying in said hotel.... That?s not clear on this page and I ended up sneaking in behind someone with a room key, but if you don?t wanna do that don?t goto this starbucks. Recently spent a week in Louisville for work and stopped here for coffee each morning. One of, if not the only Starbucks I?ve... ever been to that has made my drink (grande shaken espresso) correctly and consistently. It?s a normal menu item but otherlocations seem to always have trouble making it the same way across different baristas, even when ordering ahead. I was evenexpecting it to be made incorrectly sooner or later but was pleasantly surprised. It?s in a hotel lobby and the line can getlong when they open, but the staff was still friendly to everyone. The only drawback to this location was ordering ahead was notavailable. I?m not sure if that was an issue just while I was visiting or if it?s like that normally, but I still did notexperience any extended wait for my drink on any day.
