Ridiculously slow, and probably under staffed. Don?t ever place a grub hub unless you literally want to wait 2 hours even if... it?s just one drink. Otherwise completely average. Read more

The music is too loud, I never get the right order because no one can hear me
Used old burnt coffee, my fiance couldnt even drink hers and they forgot to make my other drink for about 8 minutes, that was... also burnt tasting, so her hot mocha was already room temp by the time i got to my appartment 2 minutes from campus, no numberto call and complain but this is just upsetting i dont want to walk back and waste even more time to try and get a refund or anew drink because its just that bad. I ordered my drink, a blonde toasted white mocha, at 5:48 pm. I asked beforehand if they had oat milk and blonde espresso, and... the cashier said they did. Cool. I had a decent line of cups in front of my order, so I knew it would be a little wait. I wasokay with that. What I was absolutely not OK with was while waiting twenty minutes for my drink to start being made, they hadshut down their blonde espresso machine FOUR HOURS before they were said to close. The barista making my drink apologized andoffered ristretto shots instead. I had specifically ordered blonde because IMO they taste better than regular shots, and theyhave more caffeine. I understand wanting to have closing tasks done early, but shutting down an espresso machine four hoursbefore you close is unacceptable. Read more
