How is this location so bad? Rude and wrong managers don't know what they are doing, the lobby hours are completely random and... all complaints are attributed to being short-staffed. I would have loved to have had some chicken quesadillas but when I pulled through the drive thru at 5:00pm I was told that they... were only doing mobile orders and door dash. HEARING IMPAIRED BEWARE! Horrible experience tonight. Skinny white guy and fat black man are awful. When I first pulled to the... intercom, I was RUDELY, told to wait. So, I did, with windows up and heat on. SINCE ITS COLD OUTSIDE. No music, not on thephone. I waited and finally asked to place my order. I was was rudely told ?good night!
