We had a mediocre experience at best when my family and I dined at the Outer Loop location recently. After ordering our meals... it took more than 40 minutes to make it to our table. The order was incorrect and one of the filet's we had ordered wasundercooked. After adding the time to have it cooked to the correct temperature, we were itching to get out of there. Foodwasn't the quality we're used to getting from other locations and There was no offer to compensate the bill at all for themistakes or delays. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Texas Roadhouse. The server Aston, had excellent customer service. She check on her tables... periodically to make sure that they have everything they needed. The restaurant itself has a great layout. But there can be fewimprovement. Read more
I just got home from picking up a to go order and I am sooo happy I'm a really picky eater. After eating a couple rolls I went... to eat my salad. I pick out the carrots and radicchio. The food was tasty ???? I had the "Portobello mushroom chicken", which was good. But they gave us only broccoli ???? as... vegetables (side).
