We found every facet of the resturant to be aces. The staff was super attentive, addressing lots of questions about ingredients... that I didn't recognize. The water glasses were never empty. For those who care you know how huge that can be. If you likecocktails the Black Betty shouldn't be missed. The bartender is a true mixologist and builds a beautiful balanced drink. Theshort rib was savory, juicy and the best we ever had. The goat cheese app and Brussels sprouts have flare. The lamp was alsoexcellent. Not only do I give Fat Lamb five stars, I believe it would earn a Michelin star in NY or Chicago. Go out of your wayif you have to, it's worth it. Read more
This was my first time here and it won’t be my last. I was alone so I didn’t get to try everything I wanted. I ordered the... goat cheese appetizer. It came in a hot skillet with a house chili oil crisp and it was served with warm naan. Delicious.Dangerously so. I then ordered the lamb chops. They came with a side of Pearl couscous and some house made tzatziki. The lambwas cooked medium at the chefs recommendation. The lamb was excellent. Crispy rendered fat on the edges, well seasoned and sojuicy and tender. The tzatziki was perfect. The way I make it at home.
