I've seen this establishment mentioned on Facebook several times & today I FINALLY decided to make the trip downtown to try it. ... I'm so upset I didn't try it sooner! My daughter (not a big salad eater) & I loved it! We will definitely be back! I think "hidden gem" is quite accurate. I travel to Louisville frequently and have been meaning to visit The Salad Chic based... on the good reviews. If you are looking for fresh, healthy, delicious salads and soups for lunch, this is a first class ticket!
