Great food, fun laid back atmosphere in a historic Louisville building and neighborhood. We had the Kentucky eggrolls, beef... empanadas, smash burger and fried chicken sandwich. All amazing. Not to mention Shinerbock on draft! Read more
I really want to like this place. But every time I’ve been in here, the staff is aloof, and pretentious. You get the feeling... they are annoyed by serving you. Sat at the bar one evening and waited about 15 minutes to get a water. To say nothing of thetime it took me to get my drink. More recently, my wife and I went in there one evening, it was a bit later and they were slow.Had a sign at the front that said please wait to be seated. Bartender and waitress were halfway down the bar talking. 10 minutespassed and they were still talking. We gave up and left. There was a lady in front of us who said she’d been watching themtalk for about 5 minutes before we got there. Great spot, good location, good food. Staff needs to be more attentive to guests. Started our day at the Silver Dollar when heading out to various distilleries in the area. Service was fast and nice, and the... variety of food/drinks options was great. The biscuits and home fries were excellent and our drinks delicious. Definitely wantto highlight the awesome bourbon selection as well.
