The gnats everywhere are really disgusting you cant make a cup of coffee. The food and donuts are not covered, I am sure gnats... are on those as well. They have a drain problem which has not been fixed in weeks and its getting worse. Its on Broadway sothe company does not care. The people in this area do not have other options, the store does not value their business. Nodoubt, there is a homeless population that comes there every morning to purchase coffee and water. Bathrooms are closed on theweekends...only at this thortons.....they wonder why the homeless is using the bathroom outside...The worse Thortons inLouisville! Read more

Staff was friendly that was about it. There was garbage all over the parking lot, bathrooms were gross with no toilet paper or... handsoap. There were men outside begging for money and drinking alcohol.. I am glad I was just passing through. I would beashamed if this was my hometown. Read more

Always have the restrooms closed even though they?re operational. Male staff in blue shirt today (approximately 2:20pm) was just... rude? when the other employee Lamont asked about pushing the button to let me use the restroom, the blue shirt guy looked backat me and said it?s not operational ( no signs were on the restroom doors saying so by the way). So it appears he?s clearlyprofiling ppl. I look far from homeless but know they do have a homeless issue on the site. But Don?t profile people and letthem use the dang restroom? especially being a gas station right off the highway for travelers! Read more

From a poorly stocked store most of the time, to mostly off putting employees, to being randomly closed in the evening, this... store has a long laundry list of negatives. This store is a joke. Literally. When they have been known as - and advertise as - open 24/7, yet close the store... habitually, whenever the staff so decide and for reasons that are dubious, at best. I cannot count the nights I have pulledinto this store (as I have for 20 years), to be told by some apparent employee (?) standing near the door smoking: STORE ISCLOSED - and spoken in a most unprofessional and rude manner. If one asks why they are closed, answers range from 3rd shiftdidnt show up to their computers are down to the store operations being too much for one or two employees to operate. In mostcases, I would not trouble myself with making a review for a store with a known bad reptuation to begin with, but I am doing sobecause there is clearly no accountability. Havent they a district manager? A regional manager? Would not any such personnot tolerate such as this? Maybe the orders are coming to them by way of these managers, who knows. The fact is that thisarea of Downtown Louisville depends on that store, or rather, we did. After not visiting for a few months, I pulled in lastnight to be told AGAIN: WE ARE CLOSED. I am glad to see that others are posting reviews about the same nonsense. Inexcusable nonsense. Either close your doors totally or abide by what you have advertised. I probably will never return. I have become use to driving a bit farther to stores with professional staff who are open at the hours they claim to be. Read more
