United catered my daughter?s wedding on April 30 and it was wonderful. We worked with Mike for almost a year planning everything... and I can say they were incredible. Mike was extremely patient with us throughout the planning process and believe me, we hadseveral special requests that he was more than happy to help us with. Mike gave us great ideas and advice which was very helpfulconsidering this was our first wedding. United did everything from the bar service, cocktail hour, dinner service to the latenight slider bar and it was all spot on. I had numerous guests compliment the food, the hardworking wait staff and themeticulous service. My niece was married this weekend and the dinner was awesome. There were almost 200 guests in attendance and it?s clear they are... experts in working with large groups. I think the salad was one of my favorites although the sauces were very tasty. I wouldhighly recommend them. Read more

Mike and his team catered our wedding and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic and our guests raved about it.... Plenty of people went back for seconds because everything was so good. They also caterer our bar which was such a greataddition. They had great bartenders and a selection that our guests loved. But the real thing that made them the best catererwas how they handled our guests with allergies. My brother-in-law has celiacs and one of my bridesmaids has a wheat and soyallergy. Getting them food that they can safely eat is a difficult task. But Mike and his team handled it professionally andwith ease. Unlike most caterers who have certain meals that are made allergen free, United made the dishes we were servingallergen free (like gluten free mac and cheese for example). This made our guests feel like part of the group and not like theyhad separate (maybe even lesser) choices because of their allergies. They were made their own plates prepackaged so there wouldbe no cross contamination. Both made it through the wedding with no allergic reaction.
