First time eating there went in and had a good time very good food
While the name and menu resemble the original WW Cousins, the service at this location is nothing like it. The staff were all... huddled in the kitchen chatting away instead of doing their job. The person taking my order was rude. I went to fill up mydrink with Coca Cola and they have Mr. Pibb coming out of the fountain. I tell the lady and she disappears in the back and itstill wasn't fixed by the time I left. The dining room appears to be empty most of the time so my guess is that it won't lasttoo long and shouldn't with this kind of service. Read more
I visited this establishment today and was very disappointed with the service i received. The person at the window was very... rude, I was the only person in the drive but was somehow still rushed to put in my order. I ordered chocolate chip cookies, andreceived oatmeal rasin, I order my burger without tomato yet my burger had tomatos on it because the person taking my order wasin such a rush for me to finish giving them my order. I don't have any issues with the food quality but the customer service isterrible, even when I said thank you, the person simply closed the window in my face, I don't expect anyone to be superfriendly and bubbly but general courtesy is easy enough. Oh my god!! Your food is delicious. I just ate one of your bacon burgers, and whoever cooked it and put it together did an... excellent job!! If you are looking for a juicy hamburger with all the right toppings, even the pickles are at their finest, goto WW Cousins. Read more
