This location is terrible. Every time I've attempted to eat there there always an issue. Employees outside smoking but not... taking orders. Or they are always out of stuff. Or no one comes to the speaker and you just sit there. Very unprofessionallocation. Read more
Cane Run Rd....First of all the mic outside is horrible and you can barely hear them and they can barely hear you. It's a lot of... kids in there, that like to play around and not do their job, Rude, and obnoxious . The food, OMG!! Cold burgers, my cheesenever melts which let me know the burgers been in the warmer sitting, might want to check the temp on that. It could be a greatplace to eat if some of them quit taking the easy way out, and just do what needs to be done. Read more
Just ordered doordash this morning. Received the wrong food and also found a hair in the gravy. Tried to call store several... times to inform manager to not use the gravy because of hair. Nobody answered the phone. Read more
Worst place ever. They don?t answer the drive thru for several minutes. I went there again today because it?s close to work and... sat in drive thru for 5 minutes. So I pulled up to window and at this point is 10am. Got some girl?s attention and she doesn?teven have headset on so now I know why she didn?t answer drive thru. I advise her I want to order breakfast and that no one isanswering drive thru and she says that?s because they are switching over to lunch. I said ?lunch isn?t for another 30 minutesand what?s the reason for not answering drive thru? she then tells another girl she can?t deal with people like me and to dealwith me. So rude.
