Me and my family came in a few days ago for some late lunch, and there had ended up being a few issues with our order, mostly... items being missing both from the receipt and our order. The cashier who took our order, Dean, and the manager whose name Ibelieve is Kielan, did an excellent job of taking care of us. They were very kind and apologetic for this mishap, though weweren't upset, and they provided us with our missing items right away. I believe the thing that makes a business good is notbeing able to do everything perfectly, but to rectify mistakes properly when they inevitably happen. This awesome customerservice experience has cemented this franchise and location as a favorite in our minds! Read more
Great service the food is great. And the price is affordable. Will be returning there again.
So disappointed in this concrete custard with resees peanut butter cups. You can clearly see the line at which the mix-ins begin... and end. For the price, I would expect better blending and more resees peanut butter cups. Go to Dairy Queen folks, this wasgarbage and went straight into the trash. Read more
