My family and I treat ourselves to this buffet about once a month. The thing that stands out most is the current manager that... has been here for years! He is always on the floor, engaging with guests and employees. Delightful, upbeat, and on top ofthings... I think that fact must speak volumes about the way this establishment is run, the great people that work here, and theexperience I have here every time, no fail... Read more
Food and service were fine and as expected. The bathroom with changing table was filthy. Feces and toilet tissue all over the... place. Asked for it to be cleaned to change the baby and waited at least 20 mins for someone to do so. By this time the baby waswet as his diaper had leaked and his clothes wet. Server was apologetic she told the manager who went into the kitchen and toldsomeone else to clean it. Then when someone came they were clearly annoyed. Walked round the dirty restroom and did not seem tosee an issue. Another customer had to translate for my Daughter that the change table needed to be cleaned as the employee couldonly say she didn?t speak any English. Even then it had broken straps and a scratched up bed making it hard to clean. is no onechecking this? We asked to speak to the manager Myra who was on the floor on her cell phone and took her sweet time to comeover. Ordered a carrot cake and a pan of brownies (on the app) for a birthday party. It was a wonderful experience. Everything worked... like it was supposed to. The Order was ready on time, very pleasant employees. Will try this again. Also the food wasexceptional. Read more
Must have new management in place or hired a better Corporate Chef. Food outstanding! Chicken crisp fried a tender juicy, steak... better cut! Enjoyed it very much! Only thing I would mention it hot plates for my cold salad???? Read more

Front counter staff and server/waitress was amazing. The staff behind the buffet were quick to get food out when running low and... the food was good. I will point out that the roast beef wasn't very good and many of the desserts leave much to be desired butother than that it was great. Seems to be getting better just hope they keep it up and work on the problem areas. We hope toreturn soon. Read more
