I hv been ordering "only"from Pizza Hut for "several decades or more now?"Cant compete w/perfection- tho'I see that other pizza... places-"TRY"heh heh..Pizza Hut's menu's are chock full of "Scrumptous" goodies! Worst pizza we've had in years! Beef was overcooked and pizzas and cheese sticks were dry and cold, even after following the... reheating instructions that were conveniently included in the 'thanks for your order' email. The delivery was given to a 3rdparty-Doordash. Pretty sure they stopped to get a 2nd order then delivered it on the way to deliver ours, also that they had aninsulated but not heated bag. Every time i try and contact someone on the app or on the website about my poor experience it conveniently signs me out and says... it was due to inactivity. So last night i tried to order 6 pies and two orders of breadsticks on the app. The total was 83.00after a hut reward and the driver fee and tip. The store called me to say they didnt have enough stuffed crust to make my orderof 2 of the pizzas. The person then proceeded to complain about my large order and how difficult it would be to fill it. Thentold me that if i dont preorder the very large order that they wouldn't accept it in the future. So naturally i told him tocancel the order and that i would take my buisness elsewhere. Which is exactly what i did. I was angry and at the same timeconfused that 6 pizzas is a very large order and the fact they called me to complain about me spending my money at theirestablishment. The driver was nice. But when we got the food the crust and cheese sticks were super hard (over cooked) so we had to use a fork... and eat only the top layer. Ate only so much then the rest got thrown away! Read more

Update, I Called in my order and picked up my pizza, wings and my first Pizza me. I'm not happy with the quality any more. We... are paying more and getting a less quality product.
