Our waiter was Chad and he was the definition of service expert. He was on top of everything; friendly, attentive and relatable.... Even if the food would have been wrong, which it wasn't, Chad would have made it right. Great experience that we look forward tohaving again! Read more
I had the best experience here, bottomless everything pretty much and they never leave you with an empty cup or basket. Food was... AMAZING and didn't take long to come out. My wife and I frequent this location 12-15 times a year. We have always had excellent service and great food,but there?s always... an exception and tonight was the night. Our server wasn?t the usual high standard you get at this Red Robin,forgettingsauces,leaving piles of plates and trash in our way while we still had food coming out. We were at a small two persontable,couldn?t miss it. I was drinking a bottomless lemonade,which sat there empty for over thirty minutes,on the edge of ourtable. The bottomless fries were scarce,and the server forgot to bring out our salad ,campfire sauce and salad dressing. Weordered boneless wings to go,got home and half of them had bones still in them. We ordered catering for our company's safety week. The process was beyond easy. I simply called to verify there was enough time... to prep for 170 burger boxes, placed the order online with a week's notice. They showed up right on time and were super friendlyand helpful setting up in our lumber yard. The food taste and presentation was 10/10. I would highly recommend this for anycatering event.
