I placed a online order for pickup, arrived on time, I understand they don't bag your order until you arrive but I still had to... wait 15 minutes because they had no biscuits. Popeyes website says order will be ready upon arrival, haha. The service isterrible at this location, the E. State location is about the same, you always have to wait longer than you should. Worse yet isthe drive thru, if you have 45 minutes order at drive thru. A previous online order I made was for pickup, when I arrived thedoors were locked, I had to get in the drive thru line to pick up my order, I sat in that line for 45 minutes before getting topickup window. I know it takes time to fry chicken but the management knows when the busy times are, why can't they prepare fora rush of customers? Read more
This place is a joke. I ordered online. Order was to be ready at 5:45. It was not. When I asked the manager where I was in the... line and it explained I have been waiting for 45 minutes I was then told that was good. Then stood by and watched staff andmanager start screaming and cussing. Because customers were not getting served. Management and counterperson left the front andwent to the back. The cook came up front who spoke to the first time. He couldn't find my order. Had to go back through theregister. I got my order at 7:15. With no apologies or anything to that. I would never recommend anyone to go to thisrestaurant. While in this restaurant the management locked the doors. Again it was only 7:15. My recommendation don't evenbother. Read more
This place is disgusting . You sit in the drive thru for a half an hr. The speaker doesn?t work. Then you pull to the window to... see how absolutely dirty and disgusting it is in the kitchen. They are out of stock on many things Plates,large boxes,butter,coleslaw,staff and ice. The water was warm. They had serve raw... chicken which I believe the cook over filled the baskets because the line in drive thru was wrapped around the building andchicken was low. 3 workers 1 for drive thru 1 for inside orders and a cook. The drive thru speaker someone mangled so they haveto place their order at the window. 3 people behind me left because of the serve so they didn't even order and 1 complain howdirty it was inside which all the tables were dirty. Most importantly when a person from my party was unhappy with the serviceand the raw chicken he told the workers that he was unhappy it was raw and he wouldn't be back because of poor service and food.He wasn't looking for free food he had reality slap him hard in the face by getting out of a burning house alive today, but itwas uncalled for the workers behind the counter to start yelling at him that he ate it and didn't say anything while we wasthere.
