Just poor service with food presentation and customer service. Their phone has been busy for 4 plus hours. Sent text and no... response. Corporate just attempts to buy you off with a coupon. Says nothing about trying to contact store manager orfranchisee. Utterly ridiculous. I would not use this establishment but only one close to me. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink. Cashier was very polite and friendly. Drink was good and cold, fries were... cold, I usually eat them first while they are supposed to be hot, they weren't. Spicy chicken wasn't, I think they accidentallyput a plain chicken in the sandwich, I think the sauce had a hint of spiciness, pickles were tough, how in the hell do you gettough pickles?????
