They got most of my order right, which is rare. I ordered from the app and got an enchirito and a my cravings box. They are... getting more expensive with less quality and. This particular tacobell had issues with order accuracy. Had 2 orders placed through drive thru and they pretty much screwed up... the customization of each order and mixed up which items were for each order. I get it happens but when your paying for add onsit's a big dissapoint to not get what ya paid for. I know it happens but still. At anyrate the staff was friendly and the waitwasn't long. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This whole establishment needs training on how to prepare food and customer service!... They gave me my food and it was gross. It looked like they picked it up from the floor and gave it to me like that. That managerwas so disrespectful. I was not willing to eat that food knowing they are fine with feeding that to customer nor was I going toargue with someone like her. So I requested my money back and the manager refused. December 3rd at 9:11PM Ordered with the app and pulled up to the drive through speaker. Waited as two other vehicles from the... non app lane were taken care of before me. Waited another five minutes before deciding to pull forward when someone spoke overthe speaker and said that they will assist me in a second. Waited ANOTHER five minutes until someone spoke over the speakeradmitting that they forgot about me. I want to say I'm surprised, but our order is wrong or undercooked 70% of the time. To behonest that's an under-exaggeration. We literally joke before going to this Taco Bell before leaving because we know ourorder will be wrong.
