Opened the door to the smell of cigarette smoke. Very little stock, and no fresh baked Portugese pastries. Sitting table was... dirty with crumbs. There was only one table being used so no reason not to be cleaned. Read more
If you dont speak Portuguese dont expect any help from the staff and dont bother ordering online either.
We took our first trip to this bakery. It's small, but had a good selection of Portuguese food, as well as some fresh baked... breads and rolls. We tried several foods, including a cheese and a chicken filled fried dumpling type food ( can't remember th e Portuguese name), and the sweet bread. There is a small parking lot. Well there is rats in there for sure since i saw one crawling around the wires as well as ants crawling all over the pastries. I... asked one time for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and she served me raw bacon. She took raw bacon and put it in the microwavefor 2 mins and it was still raw. I called her out on it and she pretended she couldn't understand English. She made another onethe same way. They need new staff in there fast or this place will fall. Smh take pride of your work and the restaurant. I'msure the board of health would give them a summons if they knew about this. Read more
