Came after seeing this as a top rated Pittsburgh pizza joint, and this hits the mark! Not your standard Pittsburgh pizza -... medium in size, thin crust, cooked wood fire at high temperature. Perfectly crisp on the bottom with little flop, which isreally difficult to get right. Bravo! Went for two of the wild card pizzas, the Hot Dad which is sweet and spicy, and the Cacioe Pepe, a mozzarella base with Parm crema and cracked pepper. Both very unique and gone! This place is amazing! A very light pizza with very fresh ingredients! They make one size of pizza so that should make it easy... for those ordering. Pizza here is very good. Sauce, dough, cheese, everything. Only slight knock is i love my pizza cheesy, so a little more cheese... would be great. However, the pizza was still awesome! Most recently, we ordered a Hot Dad pizza. Pizza with honey sounds likeit'd be a weird combo, but it was great. Would definitely order it again! Read more
