Avoid this location. Management is useless and deceiving. Ordered via subway app and went to pick up my order, in which I was... told they were out of steak and forgot to call me. Said I would need to place a new order and that they would cancel my currentorder, but only a manager can cancel (and not working at the time). It's been 2 weeks and they still have not canceled my orderand keep getting the run around each time I call that the manager is not in but they would have them call me. After 4 attemptsand same answer, still not call from their manager. Tbh if it was for 1 hoagie and less than $10 I would let it go, but $20+not so much. The young kids working on 7-29-21 at 730pm were so miserable and rude to the family in front of us that they walked out and then... continued to be rude to my fiancé and brother in law and myself because we ordered 5 subs for 3 of us they had us write downwhat we wanted then snatched it out of my fiancé?s hands.
