Terrible customer service over the phone. Spent $100 to help in celebrating the moving up of an employee here in our office.... Ordered a sheet pizza and 40 wings. Called to let them know people were unimpressed about the pizza. Sauce was too sweet and wayto bready!! They wanted me to bring back the order to refund me then another lady came on the phone to tell me no refund !! Andvery rudely and loudly .. Other employees could hear her yelling from the phone !! Would definitely not recommend this place. Ihave eaten at other New York Pizzerias and had wonderful food and experience. Just not impressed , very disappointed ,unprofessional manners !! Then to top it off the one loud lady came over to accuse us of mistreating her delivery person. Myemployee had her sit the pizza on the counter while she retrieved me to sign the receipt. I came around the corner and politelysigned the receipt and told her thank you very much and to have a wonderful day!! I?m not sure where the rude came from? Thenshe challenged me by asking me if I cook ? Why would you ask that of a customer? Completely and utterly wrong in how sheconducts her business!! Will not be ordering from them again nor will I suggest anyone else to stop into their establishment inLOWVILLE NY And still have a pizza with only 5 pieces eaten out of. Absolutely amazing place to eat for dinner, I got the eggplant, Parm, with the bruschetta bread. You get so much food for what... you pay for which is always a plus. Restaurant workers were absolutely kind and attentive. Definitely plan to come back verysoon! Read more
First time ordering.. Has potential. The girl who answered the phone was a ditz. I repeated my order 2 times - half cheese, half... pepperoni and mushroom.. "So half pepperoni?" I repeated a 3 rd time. "So half cheese and the other half was what?" Repeated a4th time.. And then confirmed it when she finally said it back to me correctly. I also asked if they had an 18 inch round pizzaand she said "yaaa" and we got a 16 inch 8 cut. She said 15 minutes. It took 35 minutes. Other customers in the shop were alsocomplaining. The pizza is under cooked, like they just waited for the cheese to melt before they took it out to lessen the waittime. It's white stringy cheese and my half toppings are slopped over the pizza. First and last order. If they give accuratewait times and actually cook the pizza to completion, it would be good. Also, some screening in the hiring process can weed outthe incompetent. Read more
Paid 42 bucks and change for a small pizza and 10 wings. I learned my lessen not go go here again for so little... the other... said part is I saw another guy come and pick up a pizza that was a large and some other items and paid 46 buck. This tell mesomething was fishy with the pricing or was it the service i received. Read more
