Absolutely delicious! We split the three meat plate with two sides, and it couldn?t have been more perfect. Definitely recommend... the chopped and moist brisket. The staff is super friendly too; we?ll be back! Read more
We got the Shack Pack for our family of 6 and it was just right (two pounds of meat, two pints of sides, and four sets of big... sandwich buns). The sliced brisket, chopped brisket, and sausage were all excellent, and their BBQ sauces were great. Thebeans were very good, as well, but the green chili mac and cheese was AMAZING! Read more
Very friendly staff. Delicious bbq brisket and chicken. Sides are all very tasty. Best cole slaw.
Truly excellent barbecue. Stopped on a whim during a road trip, we knew we were in for a treat as there was a line forming... before they even opened. A very friendly lady took our order and helped us pick a few things. The chicken was the best barbecuechicken we've ever had, perfectly cooked, amazing seasoning. The brisket and the sausage were also excellent, the pulled porkwas a bit sweeter than we usually go for but delicious. I highly recommend the loaded baked potato salad and the green chili macas sides, both were worth the trip all by themselves. If we ever find ourselves near Lubbock again we'll definitely have tostop by. Read more
