I cannot express how much I enjoy this place. It?s a Lubbock institution and the bbq is the best. Their brisket burgers are out... of this world, and their bbq sauce is fantastic. Love this place and the staff. Read more

This is great BBQ. I don?t waste my time writing negative reviews. I?ve only reviewed one other restaurant and that was written... in 2018, so take what I have to say for the real deal. If I?m taking time to write this, it?s definitely worth it. The entireexperience was great. The staff was beyond welcoming and fun to talk with. The Brisket was the the right consistency and thebark notably delicious. The sausage (chipotle cheese) was amazing. Nearly each bite had a pop of spicy cheese that coated thetongue in swooning goodness. The caramel banana pudding had the twist you wish your Mema knew about and was beautifullytextured.
