Held off on writing this for a while.. I eat chipotle a lot. I've started to notice with newer locations opening up there has... been severe decline in the quality/service. Especially in the metroplex. This location has been the worst. I have received theincorrect (small issues or even completely wrong order) repeatedly. There is no consistency in the food quality. One day youwill have a horrible tasting meat and the next time you go the beans will be under cooked. I tried to chalk it up to bad daysbut it has been a consistent disappointment. Female server extremely rude. Told her I wanted to order 3 dishes for takeout. Asked how she?d like to take those orders. Got a... blank stare. So ordered the first, a barbacoa bowl. Continued stare in return. Asked if she?d like to hear the next item andshe replied, ?No! I?m waiting to hear what?s on the bowl.? She proceeded to miss several requested items as she rushed so muchthat I didn?t notice the errors. Then ordered ?3 steak tacos with just cheese on top.? Ordered a chicken burrito that was as big as their taco. My husband ran it back up there for the supervisor to tell us they can... add more chicken and rice to the burrito, that was taken all the way home but they can't remake it. Unbelievable, disgusting andnot sanitary. Perphas they need some serious training at this facility because I have been here at times where the beans weren'tcooked, lids weren't available to cups.
