Went in and ordered take out at the bar. The inside is industrial and hip. Great vibe overall. Ordered the Forest Floor... mushroom soup and the House Wontons. Both very delicious. The wontons had great flavor and loved the dipping sauce. The soupwas a bit peppery but yummy. They open at 4pm so you will want to plan accordingly. Read more

The restaurant has a cool vibe inside. Service was just okay. Inconsistency in freshness of food sent out. Pot roast was tender... with good flavor but more than half the portion was pieces of fat. I didn't like the gravy at all. The cream corn was gross.Everyone at my table thought so. The menu simply stated "vegetable" at this price point I was definitely confused by cannedcream corn. The carrots were crunchy which I don't necessarily mind but didn't match the tender pot roast theme. They appearedto be cooked separately from the roast and were cold. Mashed potatoes were flavorless but hot. My son ordered the NY strippictured. On the menu it says signature steak with potato and vegetable. Again confused by the corn and the huge amount of it.The steak was literally on a bed of canned corn. Steak was overcooked and just okay. ($27) My husband got the French Dipsandwich with Au jou . It was ok. The asagio fries were completely cold and old. We had to ask for refills twice. The waitressinformed us the kitchen was running slow after about 15 minute wait. It was both great and just okay. The great: Sushi was fantastic! Great presentation and tasting! Prices were right about... expected. Atmosphere was also great! Tables were clean, lighting was awesome and just the all around vibe was verycomfortable The just okay: took a long time to even be greeted, let alone seated. Once seated the waitress was not verypersonable/engaging.
