I have been going to Chin's Kitchen for over 30 years. When I lived in Ludlow, I went there. When I lived in Chicopee, I went... there. And now when in Springfield, they remain my go-to, and always will. Though they've changed owners the food is exactlythe same amazing food it has always been. Their customer service is amazing. Online, I accidentally ordered bbq spare ribsinstead of boneless & I called and no problem. They fixed my error and have always been so kind. Their wonton soup is the bestyou'll ever have. No one can beat their Gen Tsos. Their Kung Pao chicken is to die for. Their chicken fingers and boneless ribsare the best. So few things are as good as I remember them from childhood, but Chins Kitchen is one of those few places wherethe flavor and quality of food has remained amazing. When I'm having a bad day or a stressed day, they are my security blanket. It is so reassuring to know I can order from them and have amazing food & great service. I can't say enough good things aboutthem. I was so happy when they started delivering to Springfield. Also, it's worth mentioning their prices are fantastic. It'sso difficult to find a place with amazing food, great prices and friendly customer service, but Chins is one of those fewplaces. Read more
Chicken fingers are the best I've ever had, delicious. Also ordered dumplings, broccoli with garlic sauce, and crab rangoons.... The dumplings are small and the dough is very thin, flavor is great though. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, the sauce was alittle thin and spicey with red pepper, not alot of garlic flavor, but very good. The crab rangoon size and wonton was good,filling was a little overboard on the cream cheese, would prefer more crab and some green onion for flavor.
