This place has become disappointing. I could deal with bad service if the food was at least good. Ordered a chicken strip... basket with extra gravy. Get it home the chicken is so hard i feel like my teeth will crack. The gravy is as thin as water. Youdip a chicken strip in it and pull it out it just looks wet. There is no gravy on it. There is no way the cook didnt noticethat. They just dont care. Order a vanilla coke they hand you a cup. And then roll their eyes when i say i want a coke withvanilla in it. Not the vanilla coke from the machine. And the manager rolls her eyes when I tell her i dont want it from themachine. And they even charged me for the vanilla. I dont mind paying for it. I expect to be charged for it. But dont charge mefor it then expect me to get it from the machine when i could have gotten from the machine for the same price as anything elsein the machine. The food is always sub standard if not completely gross. But thats my fault for going back knowing.i haven'thad good food from there in a long time. But it wont happen again. Most employees are dirty looking and unkept. They arelacking in even basic people skills. You know you are scum when you make jack in the box employees look like 4 star restaurant wait staff. I would give a 5 but had to return to restaurant to get order fixed. Me and my mother ordered take out. Normally I check the... order before I leave but I didn't this time. When we arrived home, first thing i noticed was the gravy was like water/ warmmilk (very thin). Then I noticed the steak fingers were hard. Called the restaurant and was told to bring food back withreceipt and they would make it new. Between the time I called and arrived the manager had went to another store to get freshsteak fingers and they thickened up the gravy. We originally ordered a 6 piece but they replaced it with an 8 piece. Food wasawesome after they corrected. Read more
