Before current, my wife and I were very loyal customers of Firehouse Subs. From day one we formed a routine. We would order... our subs (my wife) Hook & ladder hot & tossed meat divide across the sub and Meatball for myself. Always regular and Large. Mosttimes with a side soup, salad or dessert. While order was in process, we walked next door to get our coffee. Neverdisappointed. However, for the past year and a half much has changed. The order is never right, meat is slapped on one end orin the middle. Toppings are wrong most of the time, and the staff play and chat (out loud sometimes) about personal life. Todaywas one of those days. Although, staff quiet our sub was still messy. I can?t continue to pay for such a sloppy meal?. Pleaseget it right! We have very little sub shops in our small, quant, town. But most important, you are losing lots of customers,local and non-local. Read more

Covid nonsense still a thing here. Employees complaining out loud about other employees not coming to work. Eerie atmosphere... with dead silence aside from the employee complaints. Food was supposed to ready by 1 pm, they started my order at 1:05. 25minutes late. 1 pm lunch, Nov 2022. Dining room and restroom filthy.
