I?ve been going to Wendy since the first one in Bayamon, PR in 1978. I can say that most of the time l?ve gotten good food and... good service. I understand the situation that we?ve all gone through the last three years with COVID-19. But at this site it wasdisappointing. I had to wait 15 minutes to be served a $5 bag , I got an Ice Tea instead of a Coke. I place the Ice Tea on thewindow ledge in front of the open widow drive through to get the staff attention, it?s funny I had not moved and they thought Iwas the next customer in line, this having the drive through windows open, I had to call out to get the person inside so to getmy Coke. I took the meal and parked in there facilities to eat it, the nuggets were cold, and half uncooked, and the chickensandwich was cold, but the worst was the lack of people skills, not a good afternoon, or can I get you anything else, and Iguess of all the fast food choices including another Wendy?s in the same town that I could had gone to, not even a Thank youhave a nice day. Look all of this can be corrected, but remember it?s the customer that is driving to your restaurant, it?sthese customers that are doing you the favor to visit your restaurant, they can be polite in say Thank You to you, but it is youthe employee who has to say ?Thank you come again? to the customer. Been to the Lumberton NC Wendy's lots of time...... service was so so..... always drive through only, there is always elderly... people and I've even seen some handicap people try and try again to go inside to dine only to get out and all the way to thedoor and it be locked.... if your going to have the dining room closed and lock then management should at least have the decencyto put signs big enough you can see FROM THE PARK IN LOT so people don't waste there time getting out just to find out thedining room is locked. Management has always been poor at this location..... Definitely need better!!!! This location is ????AWFUL!!!! Get a grip you all! Read more
This place needs some more workers, I was in the drive thru line for over 30 mins. At first was moving at a decent rate, then... stopped. And once you get close to the order mic, you are stuck in line due to a concrete divider. I recommend going inside toorder take out. Read more
For the lunch rush, they were doing their very best. It wasn't outrageously long of a wait all things considered. I'm just... impressed that they got out our 6 person order of a bunch of different combos correct down to the letter (plus as we weredriving away we discovered they accidentally gave us an extra drink).
