We were completely out of luck not having reserved dinner on the evening of our arrival in Lunenberg, and strolled into Bar... Salvador by chance and out of desperation. It was the best decision we could?ve made. Not only was it the best food we hadwhilst in Lunenberg, but also the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely and intimate. This is the only place inLunenberg which should have queues outside their door. We had the eggplant caviar, the calamari salad, goat cheese and redpepper bruschetta, and the potato salad, all of which were SENSATIONAL. Highly recommend Bar Salvador, and kudos to the staffwho work there for making us feel so welcome. Read more
Nice menu selection, tasty, seating is awkward for conversation with both food and drinks - unless you get the table in the back... for parties of 4. Worth the experience. Will do again with just the two of us. Read more
Amazing service and cocktails!! Maddie and the whole team were perfect hosts and great to chat with.. I will 100% be back when... I'm in town. The atmosphere was great, and the only downfall is that I wished they were open later. Read more

Nice atmosphere. Good for drinks. Stay away from the food. Grilled calamari salad is served fridge-cold, as are most of the... other tapas. It certainly wasn?t grilled. Before ordering, I wish I had taken a walk by the back, where they have troughs ofpre-made recipes sitting cold- reminded me of the olive/salad bar at superstores. Not worth the price. You can get better foodat superstore for a fraction of the price. Read more
