This place is a joke! I went in and ordered 2 banana splits and was told they don?t make banana splits but is clearly on the... menu!!! They are extremely rude!! Would not even look at us for about five mins. I would not recommend this place for anyone whois visiting this town. I guess the locals put up with this places bad attitude! Read more
Rudest people! Horrible customer service! When I went through the drive-through, and they were closed (though the sign said they... were open), no one let us in line know. There were workers inside and when we drove up to the window to find out what was goingon, the workers just stared at us and said nothing. Another time, my group went to get ice cream inside the store. The sign saidopen and nothing was posted about the dining room being closed. But when we tried to open the doors to go in, they were locked.The lights were on as if the place was open and the two workers there, once again, just stared at us. Did not explain anything. Good ice cream, super friendly staff. The shop needed a little bit of a clean up when we were there, but I think we came in just... after the early evening rush. Good, ample seating area. Read more
