Ledos used to have a wonderful reputation in this family but here recently it seems that the morale and quality control from the... staff has dropped exponentially. Here at the Lusby location the food quality has taken a turn for the worse, food is over cookedconstantly, sloppily put together, Stromboli is either undercooked or overcooked. Always good food. Service good. Make sure waitresses who wish to complain about customers, do so in private and not where other... customers can hear them. I was a customer who over heard the waitress complaining honestly about where a customer sat and thatshe ordered by way of carry out and then decided to dine in. Restaurant dining was not busy and waitress complained to thecustomer about the fact that she could lose out on money since they ordered carry out and not with her.
