I usually go to First Watch at this shopping center. I actually like Panera Bread better and each Panera Bread has a different... vibration based on the neighborhood. This area is not as welcoming as a general rule. I didn't feel the normal Panera Breadwelcoming cheer from the team member who took my order. She was cheerful with her co-worker but not with me. Went out after clearing the snow off the car for some of Bella's favorite Mac and Cheese. Inspite of the snow the place is... loaded with workers and it's a short line just two ahead of me. The person being waited on finishes and the order gets placedbut there now is no one at the register. Workers are swarming about, carrying on and generally goofing around, but no one istaking orders. After 5 mins we yell into the back asking if there is someone to take our orders. Off to a bad start. TheBacon Mac and Cheese was good but it was only luke warm. The Spinach, Bacon and Poppysead salad was delicious and veryfilling. Back for Broccoli Mac and Cheese- runny small not hot....wish their Mac and Cheese was thicker. Read more
