Went in here for my first time yesterday. Was the second standing in line. Two young girls working. Placed order and was... waiting. More people started coming in. 3 people walked out with their order. I finally asked them about my order and they lostmy ticket for my order.how do you lose someone?s order when there?s only 1 person in front of them? They would have just let mesit there waiting if I didn?t go up there. No apologies from these young girls either. Older lady came on shift and sheapologized and was nice. The biggest tragedy is we?re about to move out of Tampa and just found this bagel shop today. Absolutely phenomenal service and... the kindest employees! I got a Asiago bagel with Lox and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich and everything was so amazing andcame out fast! Such great prices too!!
