My recent drive-through experience proves that the drive-through is not your friend. You?re going to get the old french fries a... cold hamburger as fast as they can give it to you and they send you on your way. So when you get home you have something tothrow to the raccoons ???? in the back yard. The Wendys at Fletcher and Dale Mabry is still the best one around! Its been there30+ years!! Read more
Oct 17'22 around 9pm walked into this location with a coupon in my hand. Manager literally blocked me and pointed towards the... window. I could barely understand what he was mumbling, but it sounded like the main register is already off for the day and hewants me to either go to drive-through or elsewhere. Apparently, there was a self-service kiosk behind the divider, not visiblefrom the entrance. The self-service kiosk appeared to be working, but they don't accept coupons (duh!). (Word of advice: nevernegotiate coupons or discounts with the staff, you will get hairs in your food like in the previous review.) Walked right out,never coming back. Service was fast but my boyfriend and I found several hairs in our food. One was long and had an entire fuzzball attached to it... ???? The other hairs were short and of questionable origin... Gross Read more
Constantly go to this Wendy?s even when the store is not busy they always forget or prepare my order wrong. Always missing... item?s that I ordered. Spend occasionally $25 to $35 and in my orders and end up getting dollar menu meals. Missing nuggets,fries ????, sometimes or Double baconator and end-up getting junior bacon cheeseburger who those that. My kids meal be missingtoys ???? and apple slices. Over all place appears clean. Restaurant was dirty, went up to get spray and they didn?t offer to wipe down table so I did because they were all disgusting... including the entire restaurant. Employees cussing and taking over 10 minutes for 2 meals. Ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburgerand there was no bacon, didn?t want to go back up because it already took them 10 minutes just to come up with our food as is. Read more
