We didn't actually stay here, but we still got charged for 1 night. I called well in advance to cancel our reservation, which... they confirmed. After seeing the charge on our credit card, I called the hotel to ask that it be removed. They said there weretwo reservations for the same dates, and only one was cancelled. I certainly didn't intentionally make two reservations, and theperson I talked to when cancelling never mentioned the second reservation. Very poor customer service and quite unforgiving.Watch out if you make a reservation here! Read more

We booked this place based of convenience during our road trip and the reviews here. The place is a dump. Stains on the carpet,... blood platters on one of our pillows, shared bathrooms. Reserved 1 night(May 14,22), was charged for 2. Staff (Merika) said she was refunding the money for the extra night. I even... received an email from her. Never have received the refund, she has stopped responding to me. I am very disappointed , hadwanted to stay there again. The outside of hotel is historically very cute. Rooms are pretty clean but in need of repairs.Shared bathrooms are very clean and their are many. Read more

Hard to get in contact with. We arrived on location and the hotel was locked, no one at the front desk, and the phone number on... google was disconnected. The link on the email dialed a disconnected number as well. Had to hard code type in the phone number.Poor communication.
