ordered 50 individually wrapped pretzels for an early pick up. Didn't realize we only got 20. Called and spoke to a very... pleasant person I think he name was Mike. The order write up look like 20 not 50. He apologized and said he would cook anddeliver them as soon as possible. Within 30 min. they were delivered and he apologized again. Read more
