I love Hardee's food. This was a bad experience. Buns not toasted burgers missing pickles and onions. Ordered 5 piece chicken... tenders ,when I got home 4 tenders in the box. I spent $35 on a big order and there were 9 errors . People make mistakes. Going out for fast food occasionally you will get an error. 9 in one order is pathetic. It was the most expensive Hardee's foodI ever bought. It was the worst food I ever got at Hardee's. In fairness all prices are higher now. If they aren't going to bebashful about their prices ,they should at least have good quality food . It makes you feel ripped off with higher priced foodhaving a poorer quality than you got in the past with lower prices. I do normally love Hardee's food .not this time. I wouldhave given it no stars but you have to leave at least 1 to make a commitment. Read more

Placed an online order for my sister to pick up while she was out. When she pulled into drive thru, they told her they had no... order under my name. I sent my sister a screenshot of the confirmation email and my bank statement showing that the money wastaken out of my account and they still wouldn?t give me my food. The guy working the window seemed new and I was understandingof that but the manager told my sister there was nothing she could do even with a screenshot of the confirmation email and bankstatement which is absolutely ridiculous! So, I drove out myself and went in the store and turned out the worker didn?t checkthe online order screen for my order. Again, he seemed new, mistakes happen. But the manager should have checked that when hewent to her about not being able to find my order. When I went there the manager was also rude, tried to write it off like wewere in the wrong for not specifying that it wasn?t a doordash order, and didn?t even apologize for the mistake. Like I said,I?m more angry for the poor managerial skills shown by the manager than the mistake made by the employee. Read more
