The food was AMAZING. Huge shout out to the chefs. I got the Alice Chicken thing and it was delicious. I also had the Broccoli... Cheddar Soup and the rice as a side. Both were flavourful and had good safe textures. Our server waa a bit in attentive but thefood makes up for that. Overall 9.5/10. Definitely going back soon. Read more

Staff is nice. But don?t order the filet mignon because it?s gonna come out looking like a tiny piece of meat. A filet mignon is... a nice, thick, round piece of meat. This was maybe half an inch. No apology from them. No refund. What a waste of money!!! Read more

We moved to Lynchburg from Florida right before the pandemic arrived so have not been out much to eat the past few years.... However, today went for lunch and was so impressed. Our server, Ashley, was outstanding, and the food (Coconut Shrimp lunchspecial, and my daughter got the blue cheese chop salad) was very good. We will be going again very soon! Ps-thanks Ashleyfor running my phone out to the parking lot that I left behind!! ???? Read more

Outback is accepting inedible food from suppliers and serving it to customers. I have ordered from this location twice in the... last few months. The first time I got wings to serve as my meal and they were so small there was barely anything on the bone. Igot refunded but didn?t understand how they could charge full price for an inedible product that wasn?t even a result of poorcooking. I finally decide to try Outback again but this time we called first to make sure the wings were full size and not theinedible ones we got before. The associate put us on hold and checked. We were told yes, they are full size wings. So we placeda pickup order. When I opened up the box at home I was dumbfounded. The wings were even worse than last time and I didn?t thinkthat was possible (see photo). Only 2 would I consider a normal size. Some were so small they looked like a piece of popcornchicken that was mostly bone. Others were hard and crusty. The flats were cut so poorly, the broken bone of the wing was exposedand it was so sharp like the tip of a toothpick. How can you charge customers money for something like this knowing fully well asupplier is giving you an inedible product? I spoke to a manager again today and was again told about supply chain issues. Thatjust reinforces that the local chain and corporate are aware the product is bad and putting it out anyway. I do believe thatcorporate ties some of the local managers hands as far as being unable to refuse to use a product. But it doesn?t excuse thefact that I went out of my way with this location to make sure I?d get an edible product and was still given this. I appreciatethe managers understanding of my frustration and trying to answer my questions. I hate complaining but it is necessary when youare being ripped off as a customer and a company knows it is happening. I was refunded my order but I will no longer be acustomer. I would encourage others not to give Outback your money bc as a company they don?t care Read more

The manager was very nice to wish a happy birthday to our party and we enjoyed the service and meal. Steaks were cooked to a... perfect medium rare (the only way) and the beer was cold. Clean restrooms too! Read more
