I ordered from these folks on Seamless, not because I wanted to go through a third-party app, but because I live in Jersey City... and there was no way I could get their food delivered otherwise. But that?s besides the point. Or is it? I ordered a Sicilianpizza and according to the app, it was delivered, but I never received it! I contacted Seamless, they contacted the restaurant,and they sent out a second pizza! I?m giving them a five star review because their pizza is extraordinarily good, and becausethey made a second pizza for me despite the cost to themselves. I know they have to do that, or risk the ire of seamless andgrubhub, but it?s still very nice and really appreciated, and the next time I want to eat their food I?m going to go in person.Thanks again. We recently used Gencarelli's of Lyndhurst for catering a party and I highly recommend them. The food was fantastic, pricing... reasonable, and it was ready when promised. Gencarellis has to make one of the best pizzas I?ve personally ever had. This review has NOTHING to do with the quality of the... pizza. This has to do with the price/quantity of the grandma pie. AGAIN the pie was absolutely delicious, but if I?m paying $25you better be filling that box. As you can see from the picture I posted, I will never be ordering a grandma pie again fromhere. No matter how good it was you aren?t getting what you pay for. I?ve ordered grandma pies at other locations and the sizecomparison is noticeable. I work in the mall they are located in call up an hour before my shift ends so i can pick up a quick dinner ordered a personal... pie go to pick it up at the end of my shift and it still isn?t made and I?m told to wait so I took my business elsewhere hopethis doesn?t happen again. The part that angered me the most was they made it seem like it was my fault for the food not beingready and the fact that I am a regular customer and had no offer of any discount/apology was the worst part.
