So, this pains me to say but I just had one of the worst meals I ever had at this - the generally best B&M location. The catfish... was tiny and poor quality. I'm not even sure it was catfish. The greens seemed like chopped greens warmed straight from a can.The yams were boiled in a watery substance. While the wings were tolerable, nothing was well seasoned, not even the fries whichweren't even hot after a 25 minute wait. B&M is a Cleveland staple, award-winning and featured numerous times on TV. I will start off by saying my food was soooooo good! I had a craving for some b&ms. I called the north Randall location ????EPIC... fail! Why are they even still open?! The girl who answered the phone clearly did NOT want to be at work today. She asked for myorder as i started to tell her she cut me off ?let me put you on a brief hold? I was on hold for 11:16secs. I honestly forgot iwas even on hold!!! If that is the customer service that they are providing i can ONLY Imagine the quality and taste of the foodthey are serving!! Smh. So my dear friend said it is a location on mayfield being 8 months pregnant I wanted what i wanted so itook the drive. Called my order in otw there. I get there the order was ready! Emit was the cashier he was very PLEASANT &FRIENDLY! Great customer service. He bagged my food up offered me condiments (i declined) came home and me and my unborn twinstore that food UP! (Now we sleepy) it was so worth the drive and from here on out if i have the taste or just simply want someb&m I will most certainly drive to Mayfield. I just ordered their combo two wings and two beef ribs with fries. It is the worst meal I have ever had from them. The ribs were... burnt and extremely tough. The wings were old. The fries had sat in oil, therefore soggy. The ladies at the cash register werevery nice, so the customer service was good. However, it will be a very long time before I go back there, if ever. The ownerswere in there after Covid serving. I thought the food would be better? Not? gave it to the dogs. Called and complained about thefood. The lady asked did I want to bring it back? No! with the price of gas. Turn out a good product the first time especiallywith the prices you charge. As a matter of fact, I am never coming back.
