They need help really bad! They were so understaffed they had to close off dining in as an option. I watched them turn a party... away who wanted to dine in. They couldn't get to the phones. Our experience was terrible. There was a sign posted that they were closing early due to staffing shortage but we made sure that... our server wasn't overwhelmed with tables. She assured us that she was not and that we were only her 3rd table, and that therewas a large party that had just left before we got there. That was about 10 minutes after being seated that she approached us.She brought our drinks back within a timely manner but when our appetizer didn't arrive after 15 minutes or so we startedgetting antsy. I did notice that the manager popped his head out from the back several times, looked around, and then went backinto I guess was the office. Never once did I see him interact with any of the customers, to make sure everything was ok. Finally, after being there an hour without any of our food, we said enough is enough and we got up to leave. We let the hostessknow (because she appeared to be the only one working) that we were unhappy. We understand that she was now busy taking theorders for the table behind us who had been seated before we got there bc apparently their food order must have gotten lost. I'msurprised they stayed but they must have more patience us. If they were supposedly short staffed, I don't know why they didn'ttake one of the young men from the front taking to-go orders and have him help in back.
